About the role
- Active management and expansion of our distribution network in Central Germany
- Strengthening relationships with decision-makers at various levels
- Acquisition of new retail partners and ensuring optimal product distribution
- Conducting sales meetings and negotiations in retail
- Regular visits to retail outlets
- Training retail staff on our products
- Implementation of promotions and marketing activities
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business education or equivalent
- Strong field sales experience and retail background are core to your profile
- Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region
- Experience in pet specialty retail (zoo trade) or selling products that require explanation (consultative sales) is a plus
- Fluent German (minimum C1)
- Permanent residence in Central Germany (Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, southern Lower Saxony, eastern Hesse)
