About the role

  • Active management and expansion of the distribution network in Central Germany.
  • Strengthening relationships with decision-makers at local, regional and national levels.
  • Acquiring new retail partners to ensure optimal product distribution.
  • Conducting sales meetings and negotiations in retail environments.
  • Regular visits to points of sale to ensure product visibility and availability.
  • Training sales staff on products and their benefits.
  • Implementing promotional and marketing activities to drive sales.
  • Close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in field sales and retail.
  • Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region.
  • Experience in (pet) specialty retail or selling products that require explanation is a plus.
  • Fluent German (at least C1).
  • Permanent residence in Central Germany (Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, southern Lower Saxony, eastern Hesse).
