About the role
- Active management and expansion of the distribution network in Central Germany.
- Strengthening relationships with decision-makers at local, regional and national levels.
- Acquiring new retail partners to ensure optimal product distribution.
- Conducting sales meetings and negotiations in retail environments.
- Regular visits to points of sale to ensure product visibility and availability.
- Training sales staff on products and their benefits.
- Implementing promotional and marketing activities to drive sales.
- Close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business qualification or equivalent.
- Strong experience in field sales and retail.
- Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region.
- Experience in (pet) specialty retail or selling products that require explanation is a plus.
- Fluent German (at least C1).
- Permanent residence in Central Germany (Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, southern Lower Saxony, eastern Hesse).
