About the role

  • Take strategic ownership of our subscription business.
  • Own and optimize the entire subscriber journey.
  • Own key subscription KPIs.
  • Ensure the implementation of our cross-functional subscription initiatives.
  • Develop and optimize automated subscriber flows in collaboration with the CRM team.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in subscriptions, CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing, or DTC growth.
  • Proven experience building or scaling subscription models.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with subscription KPIs.
  • Experience managing and executing cross-functional projects with teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Fluent in German and English.
