About the role
- Take strategic ownership of our subscription business.
- Own and optimize the entire subscriber journey.
- Own key subscription KPIs.
- Ensure the implementation of our cross-functional subscription initiatives.
- Develop and optimize automated subscriber flows in collaboration with the CRM team.
- Design and analyze A/B tests.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in subscriptions, CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing, or DTC growth.
- Proven experience building or scaling subscription models.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with subscription KPIs.
- Experience managing and executing cross-functional projects with teams.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Fluent in German and English.
