About the role
- Independently scale Meta campaigns with a focus on profitable new customer acquisition
- Passionate analysis of the entire funnel from the first ad click through to checkout
- Develop and optimize scalable direct-response funnels
- Drive the strategic development of the creative strategy
- Close collaboration with direct response copy, creative strategy, and CRO
- Build a structured creative-testing framework
- Data-driven management guided by KPIs
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta)
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce (ideally in supplements, beauty, or cosmetics)
- Solid understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels
- You don’t just analyze numbers — you derive concrete hypotheses and tests from them
- You know that static ads and classic UGC are important, but you also recognize that long-form formats like VSLs are shaping the future of D2C
- Experience in conceptualizing or strategically co-developing performance creatives
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent in German and English
