About the role

  • Independently scale Meta campaigns with a focus on profitable new customer acquisition
  • Passionate analysis of the entire funnel from the first ad click through to checkout
  • Develop and optimize scalable direct-response funnels
  • Drive the strategic development of the creative strategy
  • Close collaboration with direct response copy, creative strategy, and CRO
  • Build a structured creative-testing framework
  • Data-driven management guided by KPIs

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta)
  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce (ideally in supplements, beauty, or cosmetics)
  • Solid understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels
  • You don’t just analyze numbers — you derive concrete hypotheses and tests from them
  • You know that static ads and classic UGC are important, but you also recognize that long-form formats like VSLs are shaping the future of D2C
  • Experience in conceptualizing or strategically co-developing performance creatives
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent in German and English
