About the role

  • Responsibility for the performance of our portfolio on Amazon
  • Systematic conversion optimization of product detail pages
  • Analysis of customer feedback, reviews, questions, and purchase motivations
  • In-depth review of products, symptoms, ingredients, and use cases
  • Analysis of market, competitors, reviews, and performance data
  • Derivation of clear optimization measures for content, structure, and positioning
  • Close collaboration with PPC, content, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of how users buy online and which factors influence conversion
  • Initial experience in e-commerce (Amazon, webshop, D2C, agency, studies, or projects)
  • Confident handling of metrics and analyses (e.g., conversion rate, cart, clicks, revenue)
  • Routine use of Excel or Google Sheets, e.g., filtering, basic analyses, comparisons, and deriving insights
  • Motivation to work in a data-driven way to learn about products, customer feedback, and new platforms (e.g., Amazon)
