About the role

  • Brand strategy & identity: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that support Mammaly's business objectives and value proposition
  • Develop and refine Mammaly's visual identity and brand story
  • Develop visual identity and storytelling for specific products
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, online and offline
  • Implement robust processes and clear ownership
  • Campaigns & content: Develop a 360° content calendar
  • Plan, execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns and content for customer acquisition
  • Support ongoing customer acquisition with optimized, tested creative assets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling marketing materials
  • Influencer marketing: Develop influencer marketing strategy, plan budgets and identify relevant influencers
  • Scale influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness, engagement and loyalty
  • Customer insights: Use market and customer analysis to identify trends, preferences and opportunities
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to optimize campaigns from concept through execution
  • Collaboration & leadership: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand coherence
  • Manage external agencies for effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Budget & innovation: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget for maximum impact
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate effectiveness
  • Monitor trends, technologies and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Introduce new, creative marketing strategies to differentiate Mammaly
  • Team leadership & development: Build, lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing marketing team
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • More than 6 years of experience in brand marketing in a senior role, ideally in D2C/e-commerce and physical goods
  • Digital native, community builder and expert at communicating the functional benefits of products
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing branding strategies
  • Affinity for the pet industry with a solid understanding of market and consumer trends
  • Expertise in all relevant e-commerce topics, particularly D2C
  • Holistic understanding of the interactions between acquisition, brand and retention (KPIs)
  • Strong in team leadership, mentoring and motivation
  • Fluent in German and English; must reside in Germany
