About the role
- Lead the brand team and strengthen Mammaly’s position as a provider of holistic pet nutrition
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Plan, execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns
- Develop the influencer marketing strategy and manage budget planning
- Use market analysis to identify trends and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand coherence
- Develop the brand marketing budget and monitor KPIs
- Build, lead and mentor the marketing team
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in brand marketing in a leadership role, including at least 2 years in a D2C/e-commerce startup
- Digital native, community builder and expert in communicating functional product benefits
- Proven track record in developing and executing branding strategies
- Affinity for the pet industry with a solid understanding of market and consumer trends
- Expertise in e-commerce, especially D2C
- Holistic understanding of acquisition, brand and retention (KPIs)
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in Germany and willing to be in Berlin one week per month
- Having a dog is a plus
