About the role

  • Lead the brand team and strengthen Mammaly’s position as a provider of holistic pet nutrition
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Plan, execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Develop the influencer marketing strategy and manage budget planning
  • Use market analysis to identify trends and consumer preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand coherence
  • Develop the brand marketing budget and monitor KPIs
  • Build, lead and mentor the marketing team

Requirements

  • More than 6 years of experience in brand marketing in a leadership role, including at least 2 years in a D2C/e-commerce startup
  • Digital native, community builder and expert in communicating functional product benefits
  • Proven track record in developing and executing branding strategies
  • Affinity for the pet industry with a solid understanding of market and consumer trends
  • Expertise in e-commerce, especially D2C
  • Holistic understanding of acquisition, brand and retention (KPIs)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Based in Germany and willing to be in Berlin one week per month
  • Having a dog is a plus
