About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy services while maintaining a minimum caseload of 12 sessions per week (part-time) or 25 sessions per week (full-time).
- Maintain availability to schedule at least three additional sessions per week to accommodate client cancellations or no-shows.
- Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established timeframes.
- Collaborate with Team Lead and other departments as needed to ensure best practices and compliance.
- Manage and maintain an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health and proactively addressing key performance indicators.
- Routinely utilize measurement-based care, incorporating assessments to track client outcomes and inform treatment.
- Supervise 1-2 student interns as needed/available.
- Engage in at least one additional task/project as determined by organizational need and availability of such tasks.
- Coordinate care with other providers (e.g., medication prescriber, PCP, OB-GYN, dietitian, other therapists) and family members as appropriate.
- Actively participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with Mamaya Health Leadership.
Requirements
- Is a current W-2 Therapist at Mamaya Health
- Has maintained employment at Mamaya Health in a therapist role for at least 1 year
- Has a demonstrated record of excellence within the therapist role at Mamaya Health
- Strong communication with TL and leadership
- Strong autonomy and self-accountability
- Consistently engages in and actively participates in meetings
- Strong understanding of caseload health/needs and proactively works with TL to maintain caseload health
- Consistently completes documentation and charge slips in a timely manner with minimal prompting from TL
- Regularly meets performance expectations within parameters that the clinician can control
- Growth mindset and willingness to go above and beyond basic clinical expectations.
