About the role
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy, maintaining a caseload that supports at least 25 completed client sessions per week
- Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established timeframes
- Collaborate with Team Lead and other departments as needed to ensure best practices and compliance
- Manage and maintain an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health and proactively addressing key performance indicators
- Routinely utilize measurement-based care, incorporating assessments to track client outcomes and inform treatment
- Coordinate care with other providers and family members as appropriate
- Actively participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with Mamaya Health Leadership
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field
- Independently licensed (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, etc) in the state of Florida
- Prior experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility
- Strong self-accountability and autonomy
