About the role

  • Serve as trusted advisor for pharma clients across multiple functions
  • Translate patient-reported data and real-world insights into actionable recommendations
  • Design, execute, and oversee client rollout plans for mama health products
  • Monitor and demonstrate ROI, lead renewals, and expand partnerships
  • Act as bridge between clients and internal teams (Data Science, Commercial, Marketing)
  • Represent mama health in client discussions and strategic reviews
  • Significant client ownership from day one

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or another client-facing role
  • Strong relationship management skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
  • Healthcare or pharma experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong interest in the industry and willingness to learn quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and execution/ownership
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving
  • Adaptable and open to cross-functional projects
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven insights
  • Team player and strong collaborator
  • Seriously fluent in English; additional European languages (especially German or Italian) are a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resilient mindset
