About the role
- Serve as trusted advisor for pharma clients across multiple functions
- Translate patient-reported data and real-world insights into actionable recommendations
- Design, execute, and oversee client rollout plans for mama health products
- Monitor and demonstrate ROI, lead renewals, and expand partnerships
- Act as bridge between clients and internal teams (Data Science, Commercial, Marketing)
- Represent mama health in client discussions and strategic reviews
- Significant client ownership from day one
Requirements
- 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or another client-facing role
- Strong relationship management skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
- Healthcare or pharma experience is a plus but not required
- Strong interest in the industry and willingness to learn quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and execution/ownership
- Creative and innovative problem-solving
- Adaptable and open to cross-functional projects
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven insights
- Team player and strong collaborator
- Seriously fluent in English; additional European languages (especially German or Italian) are a plus
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resilient mindset
