About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist throughout every stage of the sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing
- Conduct client meetings to identify needs and promote the benefits of Malt
- Help companies find the best freelancers to meet their needs
- Support your manager in day-to-day tasks through teamwork, while becoming autonomous by building your own client portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program and available for a full-time 6-month internship starting July 2026
- Previous experience in a B2B sales context is a plus
- Very proactive, organized, responsible, and able to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and freelancers
- Fluent English is required to communicate with an international team
- Native-level French is essential for this role
