About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate as an elite "internal specialized recruiter and consultant" for freelance talent.
- Challenge and refine project briefs from clients, conducting rigorous qualification interviews.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to execute the recruitment phase, securing project budgets.
- Coach elite freelancers on Malt's matching algorithm and channel feedback to engineering teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of quantifiable impact in sales, recruitment, customer success, or project management within a fast-growing B2B environment (e.g., SaaS start-up or consulting agency).
- Demonstrated high resilience, remaining highly driven, organized, and efficient while juggling multiple requirements during intense peak workload phases.
- Native-level German and full fluency in English.
- Mastery of complex algorithmic matching and platform AI adoption within the Future of Work ecosystem.
- Sophisticated multi-stakeholder orchestration—balancing the competing demands of enterprise clients, high-value freelancers, and internal commercial teams.
