About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Experience Management, Operations, or Account Management
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders
  • Experience conducting client interviews and product demos
  • Fluent in French and English
