- Handover to customer administrators
- Educate clients on managing operations independently
- Collaborate with Sales Account Executives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Experience Management, Operations, or Account Management
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable managing stakeholders
- Experience conducting client interviews and product demos
- Fluent in French and English
