About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Present platform benefits and deliver product demos to drive user and client autonomy.
  • Anticipate project completions and proactively support clients to ensure business continuity and secure renewals.
  • Manage manual operational tasks such as quotes, billing, and timesheet validation for non-autonomous clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client requests, owning solution delivery and tracking satisfaction (NPS).
  • Ensure purchase order upload/consumption and educate clients on self-service management for smooth invoicing.
  • Apply contract and SLA expertise to understand specific client requirements and internal workflows.
  • Identify operational pain points and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Tech teams to automate and scale solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience managing complex client relationships, customer experience, and conflict resolution.
  • Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of the business impact of renewals, SLAs, and pipeline management.
  • Advanced proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, Looker, and AI applications.
  • Native or professional-level English, with the ability to train others and deliver platform demonstrations.
