About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline evolution, win/loss rates, velocity, and quota attainment.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Project Partners/Customer Onboarding (PPs/COS) data to identify trends, patterns, and operational areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and provide field operations and leadership teams with weekly and monthly performance decks, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to produce accurate sourcing and renewal forecasts at Malt, segment, and organization levels.
  • Build and maintain the framework that enables weekly forecasts, annual budgets, and consolidated bottom-up reports for C-level executives.
  • Deliver quarterly sales performance analyses and develop reporting frameworks for managers to conduct individual reviews.
  • Collaborate with field sales ops, central sales ops, and tool ops to analyze funnels, streamline processes, and monitor the impact of optimizations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree preferred, ideally a Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research) or in Business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst in a fast-paced, quantitative environment (start-up, scale-up, consulting, etc.).
  • Full-stack data analyst skillset: expert-level SQL, experience with ETL processes, data modeling tools (dbt), basic Python scripting, and data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, etc.).
  • Fluent English with strong communication, presentation-building, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a “hacker” mindset to leverage technology, with experience in automating tools and reports using AI preferred.
