About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Qualify and refine requirements expressed by large account clients, challenging them using sector and functional expertise.
- Ensure a targeted search for profiles on the platform and via other internal matching solutions.
- Screen candidates and present the strongest profiles to clients with compelling arguments in clear business proposals.
- Advise and support consultants and clients throughout the recruitment phase.
- Encourage and guide clients to become more autonomous on the Malt marketplace, similar to the role of a Customer Success Manager.
- Participate in the closing process in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
- Propose improvements to processes and methods.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Customer Success Management, or consultant recruitment within a consulting firm or the tech industry.
- Strong client-facing and commercial mindset with the ability to maintain a partnership-oriented approach.
- Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented.
- Experience or responsibilities in Project Management involving multiple stakeholders, with knowledge of technical topics or a strong curiosity to learn about them.
- Languages: Native-level English.
