About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Targeted Hunting and Mapping: Map global enterprise accounts and execute targeted prospecting.
  • Full-Cycle Acquisition: Design and execute prospecting strategies.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Develop relationships with CxO-level contacts.
  • Expert Qualification: Lead in-depth discovery using the MEDDIC framework.
  • Pilot Orchestration: Define and coordinate pilot phases.
  • RFP Leadership: Manage RFI/RFP processes end-to-end.
  • Complex Negotiations: Handle heavy-weight MSA negotiations.
  • Scalable Handover: Ensure successful deployment.
  • Product Advocacy: Master Malt pitch and product features.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience: You bring a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in complex B2B sales cycles in a SaaS Tech environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the staffing or "future of work" industry (MSPs, Tier 1 recruitment groups, or competitors) is highly valued.
  • Expertise in Complex Sales: Managing 12-18 month sales cycles and 7-figure deals.
  • Sales DNA: A "Sales Hunter" mentality with advanced prospection skills.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation skills to influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Career Growth: Demonstrated history of professional growth.
  • Mindset: Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and possesses an entrepreneurial attitude.
