About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and deliver demand generation programs to acquire new Enterprise customers and market to existing customers
  • Partner with relevant marketing teams to create demand generation campaigns or localize global campaigns
  • Establish the calendar of events and marketing campaigns
  • Organize events leveraging resources as needed
  • Align with Enterprise & global sales teams
  • Facilitate access to all marketing resources
  • Analyse results, metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience preferably in the tech industry
  • Experience supporting complex buying cycles and interacting effectively with large sales teams
  • Superior project management skills
  • High comfort level with a fast-changing environment
  • Full proficiency in English required; fluency in Spanish is a significant plus
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)
