Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+4/5) or taking a gap year at a Business School or in a specialized HR degree program, with initial experience in L&D in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience using an LMS and Google Sheets for reporting.
- Eager to leverage AI to automate tasks and scale our learning impact.
- Fluent in English.
- High level of rigor and strong attention to detail.
- Curious with a proactive, self-starter approach.
- Adaptable to change and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
