Sales Account Executive, DACH

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically grow a robust portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Identify and engage potential clients and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop targeted commercial strategies using a solution-selling approach
- Rigorously qualify clients and opportunities to achieve a target 30% opportunity conversion rate
- Lead RFP responses and deliver tailored pitches
- Onboard new large enterprise clients leveraging your network
- Gather and share market insights with product and marketing teams
- Optimize CRM usage and enhance client experience
- Coach and develop the sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or comparable education
- 3+ years in a B2B commercial role
- Experienced in recruitment (staffing, IT personnel services), SaaS, or IT & services
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong networking skills and ability to cultivate client relationships
- Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and results-driven
