About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategically grow a robust portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Identify and engage potential clients and build relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree or comparable education
  • 3+ years in a B2B commercial role
  • Experienced in recruitment (staffing, IT personnel services), SaaS, or IT & services
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong networking skills and ability to cultivate client relationships
  • Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and results-driven
