About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns targeting both clients and freelancers audiences
  • Build and manage campaign workflows, automations, and customer journeys within our marketing automation platform
  • Create and integrate engaging email templates while ensuring consistency with Malt’s brand and communication guidelines
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver detailed reporting and analysis to identify optimization opportunities and improve engagement metrics
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including CRM, Growth, Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Ensure data quality, segmentation accuracy, and campaign compliance across all marketing activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by exploring new tools, AI-powered solutions, and innovative marketing automation practices
  • Support the team on operational and strategic marketing projects in an international environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You already gained valuable first experience during an internship in Marketing Operations, CRM, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance, reporting, and marketing data
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious about AI tools and eager to explore innovative ways to improve marketing processes and performance
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with different teams and stakeholders
  • Previous experience using a Marketing Automation or CRM platform such as HubSpot and Salesforce is a strong plus
  • Understanding B2B communication approaches is highly appreciated
  • You have a fluent level of English, allowing you to operate seamlessly in an international environment. French is a plus but not required
