About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle the lead queue, enrich data, and ensure seamless handovers to Sales for accurate follow-up.
- Create workflows and reports in Salesforce to track performance.
- Coordinate with external partners (goodies, printers, event organizers, booth designers).
- Maintain our Notion pages, design presentation slides, and keep the global marketing agenda up to date.
- Partner with the Brand team, Website team, and Ops team for collaboration.
- Set up SF/HubSpot tools and assist in creating visual assets for ABM campaigns.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a business school and seeking an apprenticeship (alternance) contract.
- Experience: Ideally, you have a first successful experience in event management or marketing coordination.
- Tech Savvy: You have a strong interest in new technologies and AI tools. A working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce (CRM) is a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: You are highly organized, creative, and comfortable navigating a fast-changing environment where agility is key.
- Languages: You are fluent in both French and English, as you will be working with international teams daily.
