About the role

  • Take ownership of scaling a high-quality ecosystem by engaging top-tier freelancers
  • Design and execute a "must-attend" event roadmap tailored to the UAE

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications with 3+ years of experience in Sales, Project manager or similar.
  • 5 years of experience in the Middle East (ideally in the UAE)
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and cultural nuances
  • Expertise in end-to-end project management
  • Highly organized and autonomous with a proactive approach
  • Ability to build strong relationships with freelancers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Arabic is a significant advantage.
