Take ownership of scaling a high-quality ecosystem by engaging top-tier freelancers
Design and execute a "must-attend" event roadmap tailored to the UAE
Act as the bridge between global programs and local Sales goals
Forge strategic alliances with local actors to enhance visibility and drive improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications with 3+ years of experience in Sales, Project manager or similar.
5 years of experience in the Middle East (ideally in the UAE)
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and cultural nuances
Expertise in end-to-end project management
Highly organized and autonomous with a proactive approach
Ability to build strong relationships with freelancers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Arabic is a significant advantage.
