About the role
- Take ownership of scaling a high-quality ecosystem by engaging top-tier freelancers
- Design and execute a "must-attend" event roadmap tailored to the UAE
- Act as the bridge between global programs and local Sales goals
- Forge strategic alliances with local actors to enhance visibility and drive improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications with 3+ years of experience in Sales, Project manager or similar.
- 5 years of experience in the Middle East (ideally in the UAE)
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and cultural nuances
- Expertise in end-to-end project management
- Highly organized and autonomous with a proactive approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with freelancers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Arabic is a significant advantage.
