About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of Malt-run French community events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Coordinate participation in strategic local industry tradeshows and identify high-impact speaking opportunities.
  • Deploy the Malt Linker program locally to enable community members to host regional events.
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships.
  • Analyze event performance and ROI to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Keep the big picture in mind: efficiency, scalability, business goals, and freelancer experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in events, project management, marketing/communications, or field marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools.
  • Native-level French and fluent English.
