About the role
- Lead the end-to-end execution of Malt-run French community events, both virtual and in-person.
- Coordinate participation in strategic local industry tradeshows and identify high-impact speaking opportunities.
- Deploy the Malt Linker program locally to enable community members to host regional events.
- Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships.
- Analyze event performance and ROI to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Keep the big picture in mind: efficiency, scalability, business goals, and freelancer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in events, project management, marketing/communications, or field marketing.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical skills.
- Proficiency with project management and CRM tools.
- Native-level French and fluent English.
