- Maximize campaign relevance by managing the global production, rollout, and activation of content to ensure it lands with high impact.
- Amplify Malt’s market authority by partnering with the Communications team to position our leaders at the forefront of industry conversations and client engagements.
- Drive continuous improvement by rigorously tracking KPIs, managing project budgets, and analyzing data to demonstrate clear ROI.
- Harness Generative AI tools to automate workflows, enhance writing efficiency, and keep our content strategy at the cutting edge.
Requirements
- Ideally a degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in content strategy and writing, preferably within the Tech or HR sectors (agency, media, or in‑house).
- Proven expertise in defining bold editorial visions and executing large‑scale strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical mindset with mastery of SEO tools, content performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Native‑level English; proficiency in another major European language (French, German, or Spanish) is a significant asset.
