About the role
- Deliver approximately 70% of the sales onboarding curriculum through high-energy virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Manage the end-to-end schedule for new sales joiner cohorts, including coordination of guest speakers and room logistics.
- Orchestrate project timelines for new hire ramp-ups to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
- Build and maintain a robust onboarding certification program to ensure all new commercial staff master the fundamentals.
- Continuously update and improve the commercial curriculum to align with evolving business needs and market realities.
- Collect qualitative feedback after training modules and recommend tactical content improvements to the broader team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial role, preferably including Enterprise Sales.
- Fluent spoken and written English to facilitate training for our international commercial teams. Malt’s working language is English.
- Proven experience in training facilitation and project management, with the ability to engage teams through compelling storytelling.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and colleagues across different countries.
- Ability to convey high levels of energy and enthusiasm to an audience.
