About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates for legal roles, including attorneys and paralegals, with a focus on high-quality, hard-to-reach talent.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly in family law litigation.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term talent needs.
  • Utilize advanced search strategies (Boolean, X-ray, etc.) to identify qualified candidates across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit.
  • Track and report sourcing activity, pipeline health, and market insights.
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on market trends and hiring outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of talent sourcing experience, with a strong focus on legal recruiting (attorneys and/or paralegals).
  • Strong understanding of legal roles, particularly within family law litigation environments.
  • Proven success sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Demonstrated expertise using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and SeekOut.
  • Experience with Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with college and early-career sourcing strategies.
  • Experience using platforms such as Handshake and Simplicity for university recruiting.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
