About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report directly to the Director of Government Contracts and Pricing.
  • Assist with strategic direction, advanced subject matter expertise, and operational oversight for government price reporting.
  • Oversee the functionality, data integrity, and operational processes within Model N.
  • Assist with federal pricing values calculation and submission including AMP, BP, ASP, URA.
  • Provide leadership support for Federal Supply Schedule contract renewals.
  • Ensure alignment and accuracy of government pricing data in financial forecasting.
  • Assist with updates of Government Pricing policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT for system issues and data integrity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics); advanced degree preferred. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical Government Pricing, Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement, pricing policy, or regulatory compliance.
  • Prior leadership or team management experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep technical expertise in AMP, BP, ASP, URA, 340B, and FSS/VA pricing required.
  • Strong working knowledge of state drug price transparency requirements preferred.
  • Experience with Model N or similar GP system strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
  • High ethical standards and strong commitment to accuracy and compliant reporting practices.
