About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the overall Quality & Operations PMO
Ensure priorities are set and program status and risks are reported
Sustain and optimize monitoring systems and tools for strategic programs
Prepare annual Quality & Operations program portfolios
Facilitate monthly Strategic Product Reviews
Orchestrate the Project Manager Community of Practice
Support the QOLT in creating yearly goals and preparing performance meetings
Assist in preparing, planning or facilitating strategic programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS degree required in a technical or business discipline
Graduate degree preferred
6 years' experience in an operations organization, ideally pharmaceutical, with 3 years' experience leading cross-functional programs
Knowledge of cGMPs and other compliance requirements governing pharmaceutical manufacturing
Expertise in project management (certification a plus) and in using associated tools
Hands-on experience in project management digital tools & systems (e.g., Smartsheet)
Proven ability to navigate across multiple global functions and set up effective interfaces
Operational Excellence Experience or Six Sigma Green Belt certification a plus.
