Corporate Compliance Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Compliance Monitoring activities, including review of key business activities across Sales, Marketing, and Research & Development functions.
- Learn how monitoring reviews are conducted by assisting with collection, organization, and review of supporting documentation.
- Record monitoring results in the compliance monitoring system and assist with development of executive summary decks to communicate key themes and observations.
- Gain exposure to risk‑based compliance monitoring approaches, including live monitoring, records review, and data analytics.
- Participate in quarterly review sessions with Compliance Leadership to observe how monitoring results are discussed and used to inform compliance priorities.
- Contribute to special projects across the Corporate Compliance department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with MS Power Point
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience using analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI.
- Ability to be on‑site during designated in‑person collaboration days.
- Majors: Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Law, or other business degree
