About the role
- Managing relationships with the leadership of partner organizations
- Working with partners to diagnose and develop joint plans
- Design and lead effective organizational development interventions
- Design and facilitate workshops with partners
- Improving organizational development expertise
- Managing relationships with partners and third-party funders
- Supporting Maliasili efforts including strategic planning and communications
- Collaborate with the Maliasili team to support the implementation of a leadership program
Requirements
- Strong experience, skillset, and technical understanding of organizational development
- Strong organizational diagnostic and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of land rights in Southern Africa
- Experience in designing and facilitating effective meetings
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong capability to absorb and synthesize data and information
- Outstanding interpersonal skills in communications, relationship management, and team processes
- Master's degree
- Approximately ten years of work experience, including management responsibilities
