Key responsibilities & impact- Support the onboarding and execution of globally recognized experiences on our platform
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of listing pages
- Support guest selection, vetting, communication, and logistics
- Coordinate with internal and external partners and vendors
- Work closely with engineering to ensure adequate tooling support
- Analyze the results and impact of these experiences
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 or more years of operations management experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and a consistently high bar for quality, with the instinct to catch what others miss
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and competing deadlines
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate sound judgment with a sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong skills in Google Sheets and comfort with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Jira
- Interpersonal skills that balance the needs of internal and external partners
- BA or BS degree
