About the role
- Maintain a high-quality global HR operations function.
- Support annual global employee benefits renewals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting.
- Lead global HR special projects including mentoring or intern programs.
- Serve as an internal consultant and facilitator to managers in resolving employment problems.
Requirements
- Human Resources professional with 8+ years of progressive human resources operations experience.
- Strong understanding of US employment law and compliance.
- Experience with global employment law and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills – especially Google Suite and BambooHR HRIS system or other similar HRM systems.
