About the role
- Deliver as-needed virtual DevResults trainings to INL implementers
- Provide tailored coaching and troubleshooting support to users
- Ensure implementers input complete and accurate performance data into the DevResults system
- Assist in maintaining the scheduled sessions and communicating with implementers
Requirements
- Full Professional Proficiency in Spanish
- Prior DevResults experience preferred
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- 10 to 15 years work experience
- 8 to 15 years of experience within field of expertise as required by INL
- Ability and willingness to train other individuals in their area of expertise
- Unblemished background - The ability to maintain an MRPT clearance
