About the role
- Lead client engagements and manage a team of consultants
- Provide expert guidance on Workday Financials best practices
- Manage multiple clients with competing needs
- Deliver creative solutions through targeted resources and technical expertise
- Ensure successful Workday implementations and ongoing enhancements
- Support client-side implementations including assembling data gathering workbooks as well as system testing and UAT
Requirements
- 6+ years of functional experience with Workday Financial Management
- 4+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager, or Systems Architect with Workday
- 2+ years of experience doing project management
- Deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes with advanced report writing skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Current or previous Workday Certification highly desired
