What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or another business-related field.
Demonstrated experience conducting organizational studies and evaluations.
Demonstrated experience designing systems and procedures.
Demonstrated experience conducting work simplification and measurement studies.
Demonstrated experience preparing operations and procedure manuals in a government environment.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Ability to complete IRS suitability / staff-like access requirements.
