About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively help further establish MakerVerse as a leading company in on-demand manufacturing sector in Germany.
  • Connect companies with our AI-powered platform for additive manufacturing, CNC machining, and injection molding.
  • Work closely with Customer Acquisition Managers to take on qualified leads and guide them to contract closure.
  • Build sustainable, trusting customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and generate follow-up orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation of customer projects, resolve challenges, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • Consultative mindset; enjoy understanding clients’ challenges and developing tailored solutions.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Team player with ownership; enjoy collaborating across functions.
  • Curiosity or interest in manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining, additive manufacturing, or injection molding is a major advantage.
  • Fluent in German and English; French or any additional language skills are a plus.
