About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive assigned projects from brief through to final delivery, managing timelines, resources and project requirements across social, digital, print and video production.
- Own the project lifecycle from initial briefing through to final asset delivery and filing.
- Clarify project requirements, internalise briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen and refine them where needed.
- Collaborate with clients to identify the most effective creative solutions.
- Manage team tasks, workload allocation and resource planning, maintaining visibility across project scope and priorities.
- Keep projects on track by monitoring timelines, meeting schedules and team capacity while ensuring stakeholders remain informed of progress, risks and potential gaps.
- Manage and communicate changes to project scope, schedules and costs, escalating issues when required.
- Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes, workflows and team efficiency.
- Thrive in an agile environment, adapting confidently to evolving priorities and business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience within an agency or in-house environment, with a strong understanding of the creative development process.
- Hyper-organised and accountable individual with experience working in a dynamic creative space with the ability to handle projects of different types and scales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage expectations, articulate recommendations, and translate ideas into actionable plans.
- A collaborative team player who remains focused on delivering projects successfully from start to finish.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, consistently producing high-quality work and maintaining curiosity around business impact.
- Proactive in approach, with the ability to think analytically, creatively and conceptually.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with proven experience guiding stakeholders through evolving requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
