About the role
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale events, from conceptual planning and budget architecture to final execution, ensuring alignment with broader brand and product objectives.
- Direct collaborations with creative and production partners to develop high-impact narratives, speaker content, interactive demos, and bespoke event aesthetics.
- Manage a diverse ecosystem of vendors, agencies, and partners, providing strategic guidance and ensuring all creative deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Oversee the management of complex logistics, including venue scouting, catering, transportation, and sophisticated attendee management systems.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal cross-functional teams, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and influencing event strategy through expert insights.
- Define and track KPIs to rigorously evaluate event effectiveness, translating raw data into comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations for future activations.
- Design and oversee the execution of event communication flows, including bespoke invitations, RSVP tracking, and post-event engagement content.
- Maintain meticulous project trackers, calendars, and operational frameworks, ensuring all processes are documented for efficiency and global scalability.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in event management, brand marketing, or consumer strategy, with a proven track record of leading high-visibility technology or corporate events.
- Advanced project management skills, with the demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of complex, concurrent projects independently with excellent prioritisation.
- Deep experience partnering with creative agencies and production houses, with the ability to provide sophisticated, actionable feedback on design and content.
- Proven ability to navigate a matrix organisation and manage complex relationships with senior leadership and external partners.
- High proficiency in budget management, ROI forecasting, and data-driven performance analysis across multiple event streams.
- Expert level in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), with the ability to create visually compelling, executive-level presentations.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives under high-pressure environments and adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
