About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform full payroll processing (monthly payroll, payroll advances, terminations, and contributions/charges);
Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation and statutory reporting obligations;
Manage and validate calculations of contributions and withholdings (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.);
Monitor and ensure submission of statutory obligations such as eSocial, DCTFWeb, DIRF, and RAIS;
Perform reconciliations, audits, and payroll quality controls;
Handle resolution of inconsistencies and respond to inspections and audits;
Lead and develop a team of analysts and assistants;
Design and improve processes, aiming for efficiency and automation;
Liaise with and manage interactions with labor unions;
Serve as the focal point for clients or internal departments, ensuring SLAs and delivery quality;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
Minimum of 2–3 years' experience with Protheus 12;
Strong knowledge of current labor legislation;
Solid technical proficiency in payroll routines;
Experience managing payroll across multiple companies;
Familiarity with technological tools and use of AI;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
Experience preparing management reports;
Resilient profile, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines;
