Monitoring probationary periods and providing support during new hires' initial phase
Processing and management of terminations
Monitoring expiration dates for occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements
Processing and management of vacations and leaves of absence
Support in managing and maintaining employee benefits
Monitoring employee working hours and timekeeping
Payroll processing and accounting
First-level support to employees and client leadership (Level 1 service)

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Knowledge of HR/Personnel routines (hiring/onboarding, vacations, terminations)
Experience with the Protheus 12 ERP
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
