Software Engineer

• Join a remote team of AI-first engineers building and maintaining a large-scale application in Flutter
• Develop Flutter functionality across iOS, Android, and web
• Develop responsive, reusable user interfaces using strong Flutter widget-composition practices
• Create consistent user experiences across devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes
• Manage application state using Cubit/Bloc and established Flutter state-management patterns
• Implement scalable application navigation using go_router
• Integrate the application with backend services and APIs using Retrofit, JSON serialization, and code-generation tools

• Plan ahead of the current sprint by shaping future work, dependencies, and priorities
• Translate high-level goals into clear requirements, tasks, and delivery plans

• Maintain detailed project plans, reporting, and documentation to ensure visibility and alignment
