Senior Manager, People Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Champion a high performing, inclusive culture, aligned with organizational values and strategy.
- Ensure alignment between performance, recognition and career development.
- Support organizational changes and business transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce strategies, leveraging key people metrics to inform and drive proactive, strategic workforce planning aligned to business needs.
- Advise leaders on organizational design to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and scalable growth.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to support hiring strategies that align with business needs.
- Partner with total rewards to support compensation planning, career development and recognition.
- Address employee relations issues with a balanced, business focused and employee centered approach.
- Coach people leaders on performance management, employee development, and talent management.
- Provide guidance and support on employee matters, leave of absence management, policy interpretation and workplace concerns.
- Deliver Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies in alignment with team and organizational goals.
- Maintains knowledge of best practices, federal, state, and local employment laws/regulations; integrates into employee policies and practices.
- Champion key business initiatives and workgroups to drive people strategy
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 7+ years of human resource experience with 5+ years of HR business partner experience required.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
