About the role

  • Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support
  • Implement IT infrastructure projects as part of a team
  • Focus on server, storage, and network infrastructure
  • Implement backup and recovery projects
  • Experience administering Windows Server and client environments
  • Support the sales team in presales
  • Present technical concepts to customers

Requirements

  • Solid technical knowledge, ideally with Aruba products
  • Experience with firewall solutions, preferably Fortinet
  • Passion and motivation to work with new technologies
  • IT education (apprenticeship, HTL — Austrian technical college, or university degree)
  • Enjoy tackling challenging tasks together as part of a team
  • Service-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Good command of English
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the IT field
