About the role

  • Requirements analysis & consulting: You analyze the business and technical requirements of our clients and translate them into well-designed, practical DMS and workflow solutions
  • Project implementation & system rollout: You independently plan and execute DMS projects using solutions such as EASY/PROXESS or OTRIS – including integration with abas ERP or Comarch ERP
  • Sub-project leadership & coordination: You take responsibility for sub-projects, manage tasks, deadlines and stakeholder coordination, and maintain an overview from concept through to go-live
  • Workshops & enablement: You run workshops, trainings and enablement sessions – remotely or on-site at the client – and ensure sustainable adoption of the solutions
  • Central point of contact for digitization: You act as a sparring partner for our clients on document management, workflows and digital business processes and actively contribute your ideas

Requirements

  • You have initial experience in consulting – ideally in a software or IT environment
  • A degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
  • You are familiar with SQL databases and Windows systems
  • You work in a structured manner, enjoy communicating and have a good sense for customer needs
  • Teamwork comes naturally to you – as does independent work, whether remote or on-site with clients
