About the role
- You will work actively in our HubSpot system, optimize processes along the customer journey, and support internal teams as a knowledgeable backend point of contact
- You will create templates, independently build landing pages, and drive strong lead generation with targeted content
- You will design, maintain, and document automations — from lead acquisition to qualification — while keeping structure and data quality in focus
- You will further develop our TYPO3 website both conceptually and in terms of content, manage content updates, and work closely with our web agency
Requirements
- Several years of experience in online marketing or a comparable digital environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, or the willingness to learn them thoroughly and take ownership
- Technical contexts do not intimidate you; ideally you have basic HTML knowledge and a solid digital understanding
- You combine a good eye for design, corporate identity and user guidance with a structured, self-reliant working style and clear communication
