About the role

  • Development and enhancement of modern full‑stack web applications, both frontend and backend
  • Customizing, extending and integrating third‑party systems according to individual requirements
  • Design, implementation and maintenance of REST APIs and integration with relational databases (e.g., SQL)
  • Modeling, optimization and maintenance of database schemas, ensuring performance and data quality
  • Implementation of UI/UX concepts in close coordination with clients, project teams and stakeholders
  • Participation in agile projects with short decision‑making paths and flat hierarchies
  • Active involvement in architecture and technology decisions

Requirements

  • Solid Java programming skills at the current language level as well as JavaScript knowledge
  • Experience with Git and Maven
  • Initial experience with DevOps techniques and platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps)
  • Understanding of databases (e.g., SQL) and system architectures
  • Structured, independent and solution‑oriented approach to complex tasks
  • Fluent German and English skills
