About the role

  • Shape people development strategically: further develop holistic talent and personnel development formats such as employee appraisals, career paths and development models — from the initial idea to sustainable implementation across the company
  • Manage the myMAIT Academy: plan, organize, facilitate and evaluate training, learning and development formats, actively contributing to the continuous development of our employees
  • Sparring partner for leaders & employees: advise across the entire employee lifecycle on individual development paths and support managers in fostering their teams
  • Provide input and drive innovation: bring new ideas into strategic HR projects — e.g. when building modern talent development or corporate health concepts — and actively help shape the future of our HR work

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in talent/people development or a comparable HR focus — ideally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
  • You work pragmatically, independently and solution-oriented, and enjoy taking topics from concept to implementation
  • You are confident in dialogue with employees and managers and have a keen sensitivity to people and individual development needs
  • A structured working style, very good MS Office skills and occasional willingness to travel complete your profile
