Bookkeeper

• Accounting management: Point of contact for the Directorate of Construction and Built Heritage and the Directorate of Housing and Urban Planning
• Management of all accounting operations: commitment, liquidation, account postings, and matching of invoices/purchase orders
• Monitoring and scheduling of the budgets for both directorates and entering budget data into the Civil Finances software
• Monitoring of grants in collaboration with the management controller
• Drafting resolutions/decisions using the OXYAD software
• Provide front-desk and telephone reception within the DGSTU reception unit
