About the role
- Join the management team of Hôtel Cœur de Megève.
- Play a central role in implementing the strategic and operational vision of the restaurant Beefbar.
- Be responsible for the guest experience across our entire food & beverage offering.
- Contribute to the economic performance of the department.
- Oversee coordination between front of house, kitchen, and reception.
- Prepare and monitor F&B budgets.
- Analyze results (revenue, P&L, ratios).
- Optimize the profitability of outlets.
- Develop the network and key relationships.
- Lead teams with high standards and a caring approach.
- Implement and enforce operational procedures and the standards of the Beefbar group.
Requirements
- Ideally hold a hospitality qualification and have solid experience in all aspects of the F&B department.
- Fluency in English and a strong sense of guest service are essential for this role.
- A fair and exemplary managerial attitude, aligned with the values of the Leitmotiv group.
- Ability to perform duties with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and resolve issues using good judgment.
- Consistent and attentive management of your team members.
- Demonstrated autonomy.
- Strong knowledge of the Megève area and its local stakeholders.
