About the role

  • Join the management team of Hôtel Cœur de Megève.
  • Play a central role in implementing the strategic and operational vision of the restaurant Beefbar.
  • Be responsible for the guest experience across our entire food & beverage offering.
  • Contribute to the economic performance of the department.
  • Oversee coordination between front of house, kitchen, and reception.
  • Prepare and monitor F&B budgets.
  • Analyze results (revenue, P&L, ratios).
  • Optimize the profitability of outlets.
  • Develop the network and key relationships.
  • Lead teams with high standards and a caring approach.
  • Implement and enforce operational procedures and the standards of the Beefbar group.

Requirements

  • Ideally hold a hospitality qualification and have solid experience in all aspects of the F&B department.
  • Fluency in English and a strong sense of guest service are essential for this role.
  • A fair and exemplary managerial attitude, aligned with the values of the Leitmotiv group.
  • Ability to perform duties with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage priorities and resolve issues using good judgment.
  • Consistent and attentive management of your team members.
  • Demonstrated autonomy.
  • Strong knowledge of the Megève area and its local stakeholders.
